Wednesday evening's gathering at Jabas restaurant (Burgandy Tower, Makati) put a stamp on the club's off the field efforts. The Titans council succinctly presented the club's vision and development plan as well as the calendar, operations requirements and projected financial budget for the upcoming 2003 season.

The assembly also raised a few issues of concern as the Titans look ahead towards a better future for adult baseball in the Philippine setting. These included, but were not limited to, National Sports Authority accreditation, Titans circuit governance, and financial sourcing. The assembly was unanimous however in unmasking the pitfalls of the current state of the game.
